Rates were little changed Monday as newly released economic data fell short of expectations. This morning, January Durable Good Orders rose 1.8%, matching forecast, but excluding the volatile transportation component, orders declined 0.2%, the weakest reading since June. Separately, January Pending Home Sales fell 2.8% to the lowest level since January 2016. An increase of 1.0% had been expected. No other key data will be released today.
