Rates were little changed Thursday as mortgage-backed securities gave back yesterday’s late gains. In economic news, weekly Jobless Claims fell to 234,000, well below the consensus forecast of 250,000. Results from today’s 30-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
