Rates were little changed Thursday in quiet trading. This morning, weekly Jobless Claims were flat at 246,000, below the consensus forecast of 255,000. Import Prices rose 0.1%, matching expectations. Stocks moved sharply lower on concerns over the release of weak trade data in China and an anticipated Fed rate hike in December. Results from today’s 30-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
