Rates were little changed Thursday following the release of mixed economic data. This morning, weekly Jobless Claims rose to 254,000, below the consensus forecast of 260,000. Second quarter GDP was revised higher from 1.1% to 1.4%, slightly above expectations. August Pending Home Sales fell by 2.4%. An increase of 1.0% had been expected. No other key data will be released today.
