Rates held steady Thursday as newly released economic data offered no surprises. This morning, the European Central Bank (ECB) made no change in policy, as expected. Payrolls firm ADP estimated May private sector job growth of 173,000, close to expectations. Weekly Jobless Claims fell to 267,000, slightly above forecast. An OPEC meeting concluded with no change in oil production. No other key data will be released today. The closely-watched Non-farm Payrolls Report for May will be released tomorrow at 8:30 AM.
