Rates were little changed Thursday despite the release of weaker than expected economic data. This morning, weekly Jobless Claims jumped to 294,000, well above the consensus forecast of 270,000. April Import Prices rose by 0.3%, below expectations. Stocks moved modestly higher. Results from today’s 30-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
