Daily Market Update 3/25/16

Rates inched higher Friday, reflecting yesterday’s late decline in mortgage-backed securities.  In addition, the bond market is closed today for Good Friday and lenders tend to price more conservatively heading into a 3-day weekend.  In economic news, fourth quarter GDP was revised higher to 1.4% from 1.0% growth, beating expectations.  No other key data will be released today.  Happy Easter!
