Mortgage rates were little changed Thursday as newly released economic data came in close to expectations. This morning, weekly Jobless Claims rose to 284,000, slightly above the consensus forecast of 275,000. Separately, Import Prices fell 1.2% in December led by lower oil prices. Results from today’s 30-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
