Mortgage rates were little changed Wednesday as today’s economic data came in close to expectations. This morning, payrolls firm ADP estimated private sector job growth of 213,000 in January, slightly below the consensus forecast of 220,000. The Institute for Supply Management services index came in at 56.7. A reading of 56.5 had been expected. No other key data will be released today.
