Rates were little changed Wednesday in quite trading ahead of this afternoon’s Fed statement. Investors will be looking for clues about the timing of future rate increases by the Fed. Yesterday’s 2-year Treasury auction was delayed until today due to the weather. Results will be released at 1:00 PM. The Fed statement will come out at 2:00.
