Rates were little changed Thursday as newly released employment data came in a bit below expectations. This morning, weekly Jobless Claims rose to 290,000, above the consensus forecast of 280,000. Separately, the Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey, or JOLTS, reported 4.7 million job openings last month, down from 4.84 million in September. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen is scheduled to speak at 12:45. Results from today’s 30-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
