Rates were little changed Thursday ahead of tomorrow’s key Employment data. In economic news, weekly Jobless Claims fell to 287,000, below forecast. Factory Orders declined by 10.1% following last month’s 10.5% gain. The European Central Bank (ECB) made no change in rates. Investors had hoped that recent weak euro zone economic data would result in increased bond purchases by the ECB. The closely watched Non-farm Payrolls Report and Unemployment Rate for September will be released Friday at 8:30 AM. No other key data will be released today.
