Mortgage rates held steady Tuesday as stocks moved lower. This morning, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported an increase in job openings to 4.67 million, above the consensus forecast of 4.60 million. Results from today’s 3-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
