Mortgage rates were little changed Tuesday as stocks moved higher. This morning, the February S&P Case-Shiller 20-city home price index rose 0.8% and was 13% higher year-over-year. Consumer Confidence was unchanged at 82.3, a bit below expectations. Tomorrow will be busy with the first quarter GDP estimate, Federal Reserve announcement, and ADP private payrolls report. No other key data will be released today.
