Mortgage rates were little changed Thursday in quiet trading ahead of tomorrow’s key employment data. This morning, weekly Jobless Claims fell to 330,000, in line with forecast. The European Central Bank (ECB) made no change in rates, as expected. Results from today’s 30-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM. The closely-watched Employment Report for December will come out tomorrow at 8:30 AM.
