Mortgage rates were little changed Wednesday. The Mortgage Bankers Association weekly purchase activity index rose 2.2%, while the refinancing activity index increased 3.5%. Average reported 30-year fixed rates jumped to 3.73%, not including fees. No key economic data will be released today.
