Rates were little changed Wednesday. This morning, the National Association of Realtors reported May Existing Home Sales rose to 5.52 million annual units, close to expectations. Fed Chair Janet Yellen will be testifying before Congress for the second day. Results from today’s 7-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
