ECB President Draghi gave a more upbeat assessment for economic growth, but said inflationary pressures remain low. In the U.S., weekly Jobless Claims fell to 245,000, slightly above forecast. The results of today’s British election are not likely to be known before U.S. markets close this afternoon.
