Rates were little changed Thursday following the release of mixed economic data. This morning, June Durable Goods Orders jumped 6.5%, well above expectations. However, excluding the volatile transportation component, orders increased just 0.2%, below forecast. Weekly Jobless Claims rose to 244,000, close to expectations. Results from today’s 7-year Treasury auction will be released at 1:00 PM.
